Fluxys is boosting its digital transformation in particular by establishing a space dedicated to exploring new digital challenges. This space adopts an innovative approach, more specifically using agile and design thinking methodologies. By bringing together people from diverse backgrounds, the Accelerator analyses business challenges and develops minimum viable products (MVPs) in order to assess their commercial value. MVPs with high added value can then be transformed into fully-fledged Fluxys products.Job
purposeAs a Digital Business Analyst within Fluxys’ Accelerator team, you will play a key role in identifying and designing future systems that align with our business needs. Working closely with the project teams, you will actively contribute to a range of enterprise architecture activities, including business process analysis and modelling, information model analysis and the gathering of business requirements. To excel in this role, you will need to continually enhance your knowledge and expertise in enterprise architecture, particularly in the sector in which we are active. You will work closely with other analysts, project managers, architects and agility and design thinking coaches, harnessing their support and advice throughout the process. responsibilities
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that rapidly rolls out MVPs on the market or within our organisation, adopting agile and design thinking methodologies to move quickly from the initial concept to an MVP
- Working with the Product Owner, you will be responsible for analysing the associated challenges (e.g. use cases, customer journeys, business processes). These challenges will focus on interactions with customers, internal operations and services related to the energy transition
- Working with the IT architects and the Product Owner, you will create a digital solution in the form of an MVP. You will be responsible for testing the developed product and monitoring its end-user testing
- When developing MVPs, you will strike a balance between the testing of new technologies and solutions and the need for future integration with existing systems
- Once the MVPs have been rolled out, you will monitor their metrics and ensure that any problems are resolved by the support team

- You have a Master’s degree in a technical, scientific or economic field
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills
- You have a very analytical and conceptual mindset

- You have more than two years’ relevant professional experience
- Your mental agility enables you to adapt to new applications/technologies
- You have a good grasp of Dutch, English and French
