As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our Tech team. The Business Management function ensures strong oversight and control of Recruitment and Operational activities including workforce, vendor and resource management. Reporting into the Country Business Manager the Business Manager will play a critical role in managing and supporting the Tech department. This individual will be responsible for analysing data, preparing reports, managing senior stakeholders and engaging with regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, strong communication abilities and a passion for accuracy and reporting.What will you do?

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Generate accurate and insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to manage, analyze and present data effectively.
  • Data Presentation: Develop clear and compelling presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communication: Convey complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms. Ensure effective communication across teams and departments.
  • English Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and professional communication.
  • Reporting Passion: Show a keen interest and enthusiasm for generating accurate and meaningful reports.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports.
  • Tech Development: Drive the development of Tech initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional strategies.
  • Regional Engagement: Collaborate with regional teams to support and enhance local initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach across different regions.

Requirements: • Advanced data analysis skills with proven experience in interpreting data sets to inform business decisions and operational strategies

  • Expertise in advanced Excel functions with the ability to manage, analyze, and visualize data effectively
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including building relationships with senior leaders and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in vendor and resource management, ensuring resource demand is met and aligning workforce planning with strategy
  • Financial and operational discipline, including the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with internal teams such as HR, finance, and governance
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to address operational challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently

Familiarity with tools like Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, and MyTRM (preferred but not mandatory)Impact on the Business:

  • Have a good understanding of workforce requirements and ensure creation and successful execution of workforce plans
  • Champion technology workforce strategy and ensure close adoption of principles
  • Supporting Workforce Transformation initiatives including headcount caps, annual furlough process, role migrations and conversions
  • Work with hiring managers and teams globally to execute against resource plans and ensure resource demand is met
  • Work with vendors to execute against resource plans and ensure resource demand is met
  • Ensure excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems including Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity & MyTRM
  • Build and manage a clear view of Vendor requirements and work with vendors to deliver against requirements
  • Identify and pursue sustainable cost saving opportunities and ensure excellent financial discipline across team
  • Ensure adherence to annual HR timetable and drive execution of key HR activities such as role and capability management, training agenda, performance management
  • Ensure strong operational compliance
  • Manage leadership communications and cascades as required
  • Work closely with members of COO function (Finance, Workforce, Governance & Vendor) to ensure continued engagement and knowledge of operational principles
