Be a part of our family…We are McCain!Job purpose:The Revenue Manager has a key role within our Commercial Organization, reporting directly to the Director of Centers of Excellence (COEs). You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue management (SRM) strategies and initiatives to maximize profitability across our business units. As a Revenue Management Lead you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities: * Drives change management and builds the Revenue Management capability of the workstream in CE.
- Defines McCain’s CE SRM strategy – Translate regional SRM objectives into a channel and segment specific SRM strategy.
- Serves as the CE project lead for pricing deep-dives and identification of value leakage across McCain’s commercial process, managing key stakeholders across the Region while providing critical direction to the sales teams.
- Works with the regional sales units on the role of pricing and promotion within the business across QSR, Food Service and Retail
- Analyze market trends, evaluate industry best practices, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Support the sales, marketing & finance teams to develop and implement price pack architecture based on underlying product characteristics.
- Support the sales teams to develop and implement trade strategies based on customer value and performance.
- Analyze of current trade spend, identification of investment impact, and optimization of trade spend to drive McCain’s commercial objectives.
- Monitoring and providing feedback of the regional portfolios to maintain an optimized portfolio, not allowing SKU creep.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders (Global/Regional).
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of business experience in Commercial preferably within the Food Industry
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with revenue management software and tools is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
