Currently, we are looking for a new colleague who will join us as Office Assistant and become a part of our HR team.Join us in Szczecin, to experience the great atmosphere among other professionals and support our further growth, satisfaction of our customers and develop your skills together with us.You will support us with:Ensuring comprehensive front desk management and its daily smooth operationLooking after office facilities, and monitoring office supplies and managing order placements.Coordinating collaboration with external service providers (cleaning company, lease providers, insurance companies, etc.)Coordinating company travels for our polish employeesArranging visits in the office, for our colleagues from around the globe, visiting our office in Poland (hotel booking, transportation, etc.)Cooperating with HR – you will support organization / preparation of internal eventsCollaboration with other departments, e.g., Finance, to ensure timely processing of invoices (including reviewing them in our internal system)Coordinating and tracking incoming and outgoing mail, including courier shipments.Overseeing records of contracts with external providersYou are ideal candidate if you:Communicate easily in both Polish and English language – you will be communicating with colleagues from all over the worldHave friendly attitude to fellow employees and proactive approach to both daily routine and
