Are you ready for a new challenge in our Retail Operations team?

As Retail Operations Intern, you will join our Retail Operations team in Milan with the purpose to support day-to-day activities.

What can you learn with us?:

• Assist the Operations team with day-to-day operations of the business, providing support with reporting and communication;
• Manage communication with EMEA stores regarding: price changes, promotions, markdowns, product returns, clothing allowance, monthly Loss Prevention audit and newsletters;
• Maintain admin files such as: Mfiles vendor information, Internal database of EMEA stores, Yext online store listings, IPOS employee roles;
• Assist with collecting seasonal uniform sizes from all EMEA stores;
• Occasionally provide support with ad-hoc projects.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word);
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
