As a result, they require a Functional/Business Analyst to help mediate the change process and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.What will you be doing

  • The client are planning the business change before they realise the digital change. It is key for you to help the business become accustomed to the changes.
  • Communicating with the different levels of the business to understand both their spoken and unspoken needs. (The different departments don’t 100% know what they need all of the time).
  • Translating the business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Understand the business and different challenges that the industry that my client work in can propose.

Key requirements

  • 5 years of experience within a similar role
  • Dutch and English speaking. Speaking French is also a bonus
  • Hybrid working in Mechelen
