We are looking for a restaurant manager for a cool and vibrant restaurant in Amsterdam!

As a Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the restaurant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency, while also contributing to the growth and profitability of the establishment. What you bring:

* Previous Experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Proven customer service experience as a manager
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Acute financial management skills
* BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
* Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
* Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
* Hands on mentality
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment necessary
* Amazing personality
* Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities:

* Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
* Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
* Organize and supervise shifts
* Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
* Good at setting up KPI’s and action plans to reach them
* Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
* Analysing and responding to guest feedback
* Scheduling and purchasing
* Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
* Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
