  • Comprehensive supervision over the development, execution, and commissioning of injection molds for new programs (creating URS for tools, scheduling the developments and commissioning of molds),
  • Ensure compliance with PMC standards and actively participate in mold development, including drawing conclusions from Moldflow and DOE analysis,
  • Provide technical support and actively participate in tool launches at sub-suppliers and the final plant,
  • Propose improvements and modifications to the structure of products and molds based on development insights,
  • Oversee the technical and manufacturing documentation of tools, including spare parts lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency,
  • Coordinate tasks related to the transfer of tools between plants and PMPL,
  • Build and maintain a database of suppliers for injection molds and spare parts.

We require:

  • Any academic technical education in engineering or related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tooling engineering or a role related to molding process,
  • Fluent in Polish and (C1/C2 level),
  • Good English ( B1/B2 level),
  • Strong knowledge of injection mold design, hot runner systems, and principles of mold and molding design,
  • Practical knowledge of mold manufacturing processes and maintenance during production,
  • Expertise in 3D design software (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCad, Catia) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, self-discipline, and independence in work,
  • Openness to work stationary on site in Katowice.
