The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an Assistant General Manager to join one of London’s most prestigious high-end Italian restaurants, located in the heart of London. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. You’ll be responsible for leading a talented team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards that the guests expect from a luxury dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support in overseeing the day-to-day operations
