Cleaning Supervisors needed – Dartford – DA1

We are looking for cleaning supervisors for ongoing work in Dartford.

9am – 3pm – Monday – Friday

The pay rate is GBP15.11 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1 Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
2 Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
3 Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
4 Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
5 Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
6 Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

1 Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
2 Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
3 Strong leadership and communication skills.
4 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5 Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
