This role focuses on providing expert HR legal guidance within a global organization, covering areas like employee relations, labor law compliance, and policy development. - Provide expert legal advice on HR-related issues, including employee relations, contracts, and labor law compliance.
- Advise on disciplinary matters to ensure proper handling of employee concerns.
- Conduct training sessions for HR colleagues and managers to enhance understanding of legal aspects.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that mitigate legal risks and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on employment law changes and proactively advise the organization on potential impacts.
- Manage communications with external organizations such as government agencies, social inspection bodies, and law firms.

- Holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in employment or labor law.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in HR legal advisory roles, ideally within a large organization or law firm.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and an eye for detail.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach, staying informed of legal developments and their potential impacts on the business.
- Embraces a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
