With most of our clients’ having an international focus, you will be working across different sectors in cross-border deal teams. Feel free to contact us.What you’ll be doingAs a key member of these M&A and Debt Advisory teams, you will be accountable for adding value by:Executing complex (cross border) M&A transactionsEngaging with interesting clients from all market sectors and relying on your experience, serving as the primary contact for clientsDeveloping detailed and reliable financial models and valuation analysesOverseeing and conducting daily meetings and reviews, presenting metrics, and documenting follow-up with businessesManaging the team’s various activities as a team and project leaderTraining and mentoring analysts, while having opportunities for personal growth by attending internal and external training programsWorking with highly skilled, ambitious and motivated colleagues in deal teams of varying sizeDriving further growth of the practicesWho you areMaster’s degree in Business Economics or related program, with track record of academic excellenceAt least 3 up to 6 years of M&A, Debt Advisory and/or Corporate Finance experience, for instance at an investment bank, Big Four audit firm or reputable boutiqueExcellent English and Dutch communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch on a professional level is mandatory.Strong technical skills (e.g., financial analysis, modeling, and report writing)Fully comfortable with MS Office applications and virtual meeting technologyConfident and approachableSelf-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding work ethicAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
