Our team consists of 2,200 professionals globally.Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing projects from conception to final delivery. You will ensure optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety, and sustainability, and complying with the defined scope, performance, costs, and schedule.Responsibilities

• Organizing, coordinating, and leading projects
• Detailed resource planning on a weekly/monthly basis
• Managing the project scope
• Maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication
• Supervising the project’s progress
• Coordinating, documenting, and ensuring quality compliance
• Disseminating information from the project sponsor
• Ensuring the project supports the organization’s broader business and IT goals
• Adhering to budgets and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology, project lifecycle management, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating resources efficiently in MS Project
• Experience in budget creation, financial tracking, and ensuring project delivery within budget constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and maintaining positive relationships
• Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements, ensuring project continuity and success
• Expertise in implementing ERP for HR projects (a plus)
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Project Online (Azure DevOps is a plus)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Availability to be present in the Antwerp office approximately 2 days a week
