Do you have Agile Delivery Management experience in an IT setting and looking for a fresh challenge? We’re seeking an Agile Delivery Manager for an 18mth FTC for an exciting new role that combines agile and project management skills. You’ll inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. You’ll work with various development teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. This role is ideal if you’re passionate about steering projects from concept to completion and eager to take on varied responsibilities.What you will be doing

  • Break down concepts into milestones with the team, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project roadmap
  • Promote agile methodologies, facilitating short, iterative development cycles, ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process
  • Embrace change, navigate unexpected roadblocks, adjust priorities as needed and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities
  • You will be responsible for delivering assigned projects or product features, monitoring progress, handling risks, and meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations
  • Act as an essential point of communication between teams and stakeholders

  • Have a considerable understanding of agile methodologies and standards to aid the effective delivery of our projects and products
  • Possess good planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management skills to keep projects on track
  • Have a solid understanding of the development process and various SDLC/PDLC process. An understanding of JIRA/Confluence would be beneficial
  • Have clear communication with teams, stakeholders and clients which is essential to ensure alignment and guide expectations
