For the division Forest&Garden we are looking for someone to strengthen our team.ROLE:As a Customer Care & Service employee, you have an important pivotal role between the sales department and the delivery team of our beautiful products. Your area of responsibility is the total process of order handling of new machines; order intake, order acceptance, setting up orders including purchase requisitions submission, planning and delivery time issue, standardization and work preparation.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES– As CC&S Clerk, you will report to the manager based in the Netherlands (you work in a Benelux structure)– You work together with 5 colleagues from the back office in Belgium and 4 colleagues in the Netherlands– You have regular contact with the various departments, such as: Sales, Marketing, After Sales (TD) and Finance– Your main task will be to support the Sales team by entering orders and taking care of deliveries to the closed dealer network– Answering customer questions (e.g. stock, delivery time and product-related questions)– Handling customer complaints– Planning, arranging and following up logistics processes together with carriers– Small logistic operationsYOUR PROFILEEducation and experience– You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position– At least a high school diplomaPersonal qualities– You are customer- and result-oriented by nature– Communicating at different levels is no problem for you– You are eager to learn, result-oriented, accurate and flexible– You are good at working together, but can also work independently– You are hands-on, proactive, positive and think in solutions– You are Bilingual (Dutch and French), both in written and oral.
