These initiatives present a fantastic opportunity for you to excel and further develop your competencies.Your Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of the People and Communications team in IT, you’ll collaborate with top HCM experts and SuccessFactors specialists. In the Workforce Management area we are currently running UKG Pro WFM, recently upgraded in Denmark and being implemented in Poland, and Timeplan for Netto in Denmark and GermanyIn your role, you will:

  • Be lead responsible for the UKG Pro platform
  • Delivering and maintaining configuration mainly within UKG Pro WFM
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and provide exceptional support to stakeholders
  • Coordinate development, implementation, and support tasks with external vendors
  • Understand business processes and identify opportunities to advance our HR Digitalization journey
  • Master our Requirement Management process and champion structured methodologies

Our Ideal Candidate
We seek an experienced Time & Attendance professional with a proven track record. Retail experience is advantageous but not required. A strong grasp of HR IT solutions and related applications is beneficial.We expect you to:

  • Speak the language of both tech and business, to ensuring we develop the right features and support the organization
  • Be a team player ready to join a dynamic team.
  • Approach tasks with structure, attention to detail, and quality.
  • Have some understanding of agile methodologies, as we work in a SCRUM-based setup.
  • Hold a master’s degree in IT or possess a solid understanding of IT’s technical aspects.
  • Be service-minded and adaptable to end-user perspectives.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and oral.
