The position
As a Senior Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will lead and manage supply chain integration initiatives to ensure seamless operations and alignment with integration objectives. You will develop and implement strategies and solutions for effective integration of supply chain processes and systems.
You will organise and lead regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress across all relevant functions in Supply Chain & Business Development, while developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure all milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timeframes. Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives will be crucial. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior management, will ensure project alignment and support. Additionally, you will address stakeholder concerns and provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
Need to have:
-Relevant education on master’s level within Supply Chain Management, Business administration or other relevant education
-Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a project management role and preferably certified project manager.
-Ability to develop and implement strategies for supply chain post-merger integration and experience with integrating supply chain processes and systems.
-Expertise in managing complex projects, including planning, risk management and stakeholder management.
-Strong communicator able to effectively convey project goals, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences.
Nice to have:
-Experience with post-merger supply chain integration.
-Experience working with agile project management.
About the department
The team is responsible for managing all supply chain integration activities for acquisitions and internal expansions. A priority is to expand the supply chain seamlessly without disrupting current operations. The team is part of the area Supply Chain & Business Development and reports to the Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain Planning. Our department is based at our headquarters, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere to drive successful project outcomes.
