So, if you share our ambition, join us at this exciting moment in our journey to get Ahead Together.As brand manager in the Oncology team, you will be working closely with the Business Unit Head to execute on strategic priorities and drive commercial results.In this role you will…

  • Develop and manage the strategic and tactical plan for oncology drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical and market access team members. Use market insights to identify competitive advantage and seize opportunities to grow the business (including digital optimization)
  • Ensure effective financial planning and forecasting and execute the plan successfully to deliver on growth and profit expectations.
  • Build outstanding marketing materials and deliver engaging promotional campaigns towards healthcare professionals in alignment with company policies and local guidelines.
  • Apply data analytics to optimize customer segmentation and to ensure efficient use of sales and marketing resources.
  • Promote a people-centric and high-performance culture by fostering teamwork, innovative thinking, customer focus, personal accountability, and commitment to deliver results.
  • Establish strong and lasting relationships with relevant external stakeholders (payers, patient organizations, medical experts, and other key opinion leaders).

Why you?Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree within business or another relevant subject
  • 2-3 years of brand management or marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and Danish, speaking and writing

Preferred:

  • Experience using multiple marketing channels, incl. a strong track record within digital marketing
  • Strong drive, eagerness to learn and a can-do spirit
  • Experience with brand planning and operational execution
  • Experience with cross-functional project management
  • Sales/customer-facing experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge and experience within the oncology industry in Denmark is a plus, but not a requirement
