  • Provide expert legal advice on HR-related issues, including employee relations, contracts, and labor law compliance.
  • Advise on disciplinary matters to ensure proper handling of employee concerns.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR colleagues and managers to enhance understanding of legal aspects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that mitigate legal risks and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and proactively advise the organization on potential impacts.
  • Manage communications with external organizations such as government agencies, social inspection bodies, and law firms.
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in employment or labor law.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in HR legal advisory roles, ideally within a large organization or law firm.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and an eye for detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach, staying informed of legal developments and their potential impacts on the business.
