PA TO CMO AND CAO

Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a PA to the CMO and CAO to join our MAC (Marketing, Admissions, Communications) team, sat within the Group Central Support. 

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Admissions Officer (CAO) and to the Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team. You will organise travel, meetings and events, manage the MAC budget and produce reports for the team.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as PA to the CMO and CAO where your focus will be to:

• Handle all activities for the CMO/CAO office with discretion and confidentiality.
• Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally.
• Provide the CMO/CAO with clear, pertinent business information to assist in the ongoing management and decision making of the business.
• Manage the CMO/CAO calendar through liaising with internal and external executives and assistants.
• Co-ordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events.
• Arrange all travel including visas.
• Set up and run processes to ensure that the central support MAC team operates efficiently and compile internal reporting

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Demonstrable PA experience at C-suite level.
• Excellent Excel and Outlook skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Good prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Must be a team player – willing to help and be flexible.
• Great attention to detail and accurate.
• Ability to work independently, solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
