Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEBased in Krakow, Poland, the Marketing Project Management Team Lead and his/her unit will support senior stakeholders across Capgemini, including marketers, consultants and sales teams from around the world. This role has direct responsibility for developing and coordinating the PM Team, while balancing daily interaction with designers, copywriters and developers on a variety of projects ranging from traditional marketing materials (print) through newer forms of media (video and motion) and across digital and social.YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead high-profile projects autonomously by working directly with our internal clients to understand their requirements, define assets and agree on scope of delivery.
  • Serve as one of main points of contact for incoming requests, managing client expectations and turning them into a defined roadmap, while foreseeing and preventing risks
  • Coordinate proposal writing process, creation of competitive estimates, review and evaluate creative work and its alignment to brief
  • Build strong relationships with our stakeholders and internal teams, establishing the role of a trusted advisor
  • Take charge of managing day to day activities, workflows and coordination of the Project Management team, setting expectations, providing clear direction and guidance
  • Actively spend time understanding and developing skills of Project Managers in the team
  • Share and communicate best practices in a clear and effective manner, facilitate project team meetings and ensure everybody has a clear sense of next steps
  • Have an understanding of the operating system and use project management tools for project set-up, management, budget tracking, closure and review to ensure effective management of projects in pipeline

YOUR PROFILE:

  • C1-level English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in leading, developing or building teams, or mentoring/coaching (people management skills and experience required)
  • Passion for marketing and communication, preferably confirmed by a degree in English, Marketing, Communications or Psychology
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • A creative mind (and an ability to adapt your thinking to a business context).
  • Experience working in a corporate marketing function or creative agency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
