The position
As a Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 10 employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through strong leadership while ensuring consistent high-quality standards within the department. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will oversee the smooth operation and compliance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Your role will encompass supporting deviation management, conducting quality risk assessments, overseeing inspections, and maintaining general quality assurance activities. Furthermore, you will manage the integration of new materials entering the warehouse, ensure inspection readiness, and update procedures as necessary.
Your key activities include:
-Ensuring the organisation is audit and inspection-ready, with compliant, fully operational QMS
-Managing compliance changes and deviations, measuring overall compliance performance and taking proactive steps to address any issues
-Overseeing the integration of new raw materials and APIs into the supply chain from a quality support perspective
Managing documentation for authorities, ensuring both internal and external compliance with GMP standards and legal requirements
-Promoting a continuous improvement mindset, coaching and developing the team through clear direction and effective leadership
You will also play a key role in growing the team by recruiting new talent.
The position requires a close stakeholder management element, where continuously alignment with other Sourcing Warehousing Associate Managers and peers across Novo Nordisk supply chain is key to success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
-Hold a master’s degree in production operations, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or another relevant field
-Bring solid leadership experience, with extensive expertise in maintaining quality compliance and managing inspections within a GMP environment
-Possess robust stakeholder management skills, with proven capabilities in change management and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
-Display proficiency in both spoken and written English
It would be considered as a strong advantage if you are proficient in Danish.

You proactively measure deliverables, taking prompt action and resolving issues. About the department
The Sourcing Warehouse Hillerød department is a pivotal and ambitious department with approx. 110 employees organized into 9 teams. The site is operating in a Lean environment and utilizing just-in-time delivery methodologies, the department relies on highly dedicated employees and robust support systems. The Sourcing Warehouse Hillerød is responsible for the receipt of all raw materials, sampling, and the dispatching of orders to all Novo Nordisk sites globally.
You will join a team consisting of +30 employees that daily ensures the Quality Support, Operational Support and Facility & Validation teams. The department is in Hillerød, with many close colleagues in Kalundborg. We expect high performance and the ambition to make your mark on our business.
