Job description

As a Global Functional Consultant you will be responsible for supporting MLR* (Medical, Legal, Regulatory)global capability activitiesfrom the Delivery Unit, part of HPS Service team, empowering and ensuring the on-time and high-quality delivery of the MLR demands, producing appropriate training materials and communicating impact of demands enabling implementation in impacted markets.As Global Functional Consultant you will oversee the MLR licensing and user access management and onboarding to BI chosen platform for review and approval process.*Our review and approval process “MLR” ensures materials used with external parties are accurate, balanced, scientifically valid (Medical) and comply with applicable laws (Legal), regulatory requirements (Regulatory), industry codes, and BI policies and procedures while supporting the competitiveness of the company’s products or activities in the market.Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop, align, and convey an inspiring version of the end-to-end approach for assessing, prioritizing, testing, and communicating demand request within BI review and approval platform
• Support and mentor users in implementing demands and MLR related processes in a Train the Trainers approach
• Enforce adherence to processes through training materials development, consistent communication strategy and appropriate training
• Proactively provide opportunities and proposals related to MLR process capability
• Manage BI user access process to BI review and approval platform (Veeva) and Coordinate with Agency onboarding & Training Team
• Evaluate and assess platform releases and assess impact on existing configuration
• Coordinate with other support services to ensure efficient service delivery

Profile & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, or sciences
• Work experience in demand management and/or project management
• Good knowledge of IT Tools as (Veeva Vault) and in data management application tools, as well as high skills in MS office
• Experience in Agile methodology, Demand Management in JIRA preferred
• Strong collaboration. Communication and mediation skills.
• Extensive experience using subject matter expertise to provide guidance, share knowledge, and define processes
• Experience liaising between marketing, operational, and technical users – ability to translate and communicate concepts across business and technical stakeholders, different personalities, and profiles
• Solutions-oriented and dynamic mindset
• Fluency in oral and written Englis
