• Formulation of Coating Systems for various materials such as plastic and metal
• Development of Specialty Enamels for specific applications
• Development of Special Effects
• Support for Product Issues arising in the market, technical assistance
• Optimization of Production Performance
• Potential Development of Innovative Coatings

Main requirements:

• Deep technical knowledge in one or more of this field: Material, Chemicals, Coating, Process, Molding
• Good scientific background, able to investigate and deeply study specific topics or issues
• Ability of managing projects related to coating topic
• Supplier Management
• Ability of managing a team of R&D researchers
