SEEKING: IAM Support SpecialistJOB PURPOSEAs an IAM (Identity and Access Management) SupportSpecialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for theorganization’s identity and access management systems.You will ensure that user access is managed effectively,securely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Your role will involve troubleshooting access issues,managing user roles and permissions, and supporting the integration of IAMsolutions.KEYRESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES► User Access Management:● Manageuser accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications.● Handlerequests for account creation, modification, deactivation and access changes.● Ensurethat user access is granted according to the principle of least privilege.► IAM System Support:● Provideday-to-day operational support for IAM solutions, including troubleshootingissues related to user access and authentication.● Assistwith the configuration and maintenance of IAM platforms and tools.● Monitorthe health and performance of IAM systems, ensuring they operate efficientlyand securely.► Incident Response and Troubleshooting:● Respondto user-reported issues related to login, authentication and access, resolvingthem in a timely manner.●Investigate and troubleshoot access-related incidents, collaborating with otherIT teams as needed.● Escalatecomplex IAM issues to senior IAM or security personnel when necessary.► Compliance and Security:● Ensurethat all IAM processes comply with internal security policies and industryregulations (e.g., GDPR).● Conductperiodic reviews of user access to ensure compliance with organizationalpolicies.● Supportaudit and compliance efforts by providing necessary documentation and reportson access controls and IAM activities.► Documentation and Reporting:● Maintaindetailed documentation of IAM processes, including user access procedures,configurations and troubleshooting steps.● Prepareregular reports on access activities, security incidents and system performance.● Updateknowledge bases and user guides to assist in troubleshooting and accessmanagement►Collaboration and Communication:● Workclosely with security, IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure smoothintegration of IAM solutions.● Engagewith stakeholders to understand their access requirements and provideappropriate support.● Providetraining and guidance to end-users and IT staff on IAM-related processes andtools.SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS■ Englishis the program language (oral & written C1 minimum), Spanish is a plus.■Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, protocols (e.g., SSO,OAuth) and technologies.■Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory,Okta, Azure AD).■ Basicunderstanding of IT security and compliance standards related to IAM.■ Strongtroubleshooting skills, particularly with user access and authenticationissues.■ Abilityto analyze and resolve complex IAM problems effectively.■Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with bothtechnical and non-technical users.■ Strongorganizational and time-management skills to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.■ Abilityto work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.WE OFFER:· Full-time Freelance contract· Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According to provenexperience)· Long Term Project.
