¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos un/a Director/a Regional de Ventas que quiera unirse al Equipo de Hematología de GSK para ser responsable de media España, con residencia en Madrid.Será responsable de liderar todo el Equipo Regional, estrategia e implementación de plan operacional en las cuentas de su área de trabajo.Necesitamos personas con una fuerte orientación a resultados, capaz de gestionar un equipo de delegados senior en un entorno cambiante y altos niveles de incertidumbre.Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar en base a las prioridades comerciales identificadas en su territorio, los planes necesarios para lograr los resultados requeridos, coordinando para ello a todas las personas de la organización necesarias.
  • Detectar y priorizar las oportunidades clave para que el negocio en su zona sea un éxito.
  • Encontrar soluciones para permitir satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes/pacientes.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto asignado, controlar los gastos y asegurar la utilización eficiente de los recursos.
  • Fomentar relaciones con líderes de opinión, clientes clave, administraciones sanitarias, sociedades médicas y científicas para desarrollar actividades conjuntas y crear oportunidades para GSK.
  • Favorecer e impulsar la alineación entre todos los miembros del equipo cross-funcional, permitiendo que sea bidireccional y siempre buscando la eficacia y la transparencia.
  • Desarrollar a su equipo y evaluar periódicamente su desempeño, para asegurar el alineamiento con los objetivos de la Compañía.
  • Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas (revisar notas de gastos, etc.).

¿Qué se necesita?

  • Licenciatura universitaria, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos en el área comercial (Marketing/Ventas).
  • Se valorará experiencia en Dirección de equipos de ventas.
  • Se valorará experiencia en OncoHematología
  • Valorable nivel fluido de inglés.
