- Develop, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, focusing specifically on Year 1 curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
- Employ effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, ensuring that academic goals are met.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing consistent feedback and setting Year 1 improvement targets.

- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required, with a focus on Year 1 educational strategies.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 1 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest educational practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
