The position requires proactive scope management during blueprinting phases and involves regular communication and presentations at various management levels. The role offers the chance to work in a large, agile project environment focusing on technical excellence and collaboration.Project information:

Onboarding: December 2024 * Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandKer responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough understanding, documentation, and control of scope content and dependencies across the program
• Manage scope in blueprinting and ensure it aligns with the RAITT BM roadmap
• Present project progress and challenges to various management levels
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, international program team, where English is the working language

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in managing billing processes and receivables management in the telecommunications industry
• Proficiency in IT processes, requirements management, and system harmonization
• Ability to create essential artifacts (epics, features) based on business requirements provided by SMEs
• Strong knowledge of revenue monitoring and assurance processes
• Fluent English and German B1 proficiency is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proactivity
