Seeking a strong Revit Architect for award-winning Healthcare + Education Practice in London. Medical + Hospital experience a must!Job Title: Revit Architect with Healthcare and Education practice in LondonSalary Guide: £33,000 – £42,000Quick summary:Are you a strong Revit Architect with Healthcare and Education practice experience? Are you a RIBA or ARB qualified Architect, with an ambitious and go-getter attitude? Do you have strong Revit skills and experience in education, healthcare, or infrastructure? Then this is the role for you!You will be involved in completing technical and construction packages for major studio projects and completing project deadlines as a team. A passion for technical detailing in Revit is essential and a love for the industry as a whole.The ideal candidate will have experience on:

  • Delivery of technical and construction packages at RIBA
  • Medical, hospitals or healthcare project experience is ideal as well as Stages 3-5 and management of the program in between
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential with a beautiful and well-presented portfolio demonstrating Revit technical detailing.
  • Knowledge of current UK Building Regs & British Standards – BIM project experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in the delivery of technical detailing packages
  • Excellent technical detailing skills and construction understanding

The role will require:

  • Help to implement, oversee and monitor practice Revit standards across the office as well as help implement practice standards across all projects
  • Assist team in completing all project deadline, in addition to excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of construction/technical packages
  • On-site experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills is a must as well as the ability to work as part of a team on independently.
