If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!Our international client is currently seeking someone like you to join their team in a remote position. The company’s mission is to make the ketogenic lifestyle accessible, approachable, and enjoyable for millions of people who can benefit from this way of life. They achieve this by providing the tools (blood glucose and ketone testing kits) and information people need to follow and experience the incredible benefits of the ketogenic diet.In this position, you will handle daily customer service, shipping, and fulfillment needs, and work to solidify and improve customer relations within both Direct-to-Consumer and Medical Sales Channels in the European market.Main Responsibilities:This position not only works closely with the Customer Service Team, but also, with the European Business Development Manager.

• Ensure customer service continually exceeds customer expectations.
• Abide by all Customer Service/Shipping processes and policies.
• Respond promptly to tickets in Gorgias, Shopify, eBay, and Amazon inquiries.
• Enter European wholesale and sample orders as needed.
• Facilitate all international shipping needs, coordinating with the UD Shipping Manager, as needed.
• Process customs documentation in select countries that require invoices with shipment.
• Work with Supply Chain Management to foresee any potential supply chain or fulfillment issues.
• Proactively keep track of inventory levels at respective fulfillment locations.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• At least 4 years of customer service experience
• Shipping Logistics Experience is desired
• Fluency in English; Dutch, Spanish, French or Polish would be a plus!
• Pro-active, service-oriented and strong organizational skills
• High level of autonomy – you are able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of the various European shipping/Customs systems required.
• Knowledge of the ketogenic lifestyle and science of ketosis preferred.
