They work with a range of specialist creatives, architects and technicians to design tailored properties and convert spaces into opportunities.The right person must have:

• A degree in either architecture or architectural technology
• Passion for technical detailing in Revit is essential and a love of the industry
• A portfolio demonstrating technical delivery across a range of projects
• Understanding of UK Building Regs and current BIM Level 2 requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of construction/technical packages
• Experience working on live BIM projects
• The right to live and work in the UK
