Overview:As the Internal Audit Manager for the EMEA Region you are responsible for providing independent assurance and consulting services to the management of Fujifilm Holdings Group and Fujifilm Europe in order to ensure effectiveness of controls as well as efficiency of processes and operations. Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of the regional audit strategy and corresponding, risk based mid- and long-term audit plans
- Overall responsibility for the design and execution of all internal audit projects in the EMEA region
- Timely and comprehensive communication towards Fujifilm Europe Senior Management as well as Fujifilm Holdings Global Audit Division
- Operational and strategic management and development of the Fujifilm Europe Internal Audit Team
- Design and leadership for non-standard assurance and consulting projects
- Timely and consequent follow-up of audit findings and project results
- Providing independent professional advice to the management of Fujifilm Europe and support internal initiatives
- Building and maintenance a professional network with other assurance functions for the EMEA region and beyond
Qualifications:Background
- Master degree in accounting or finance or similar
- At least 10 years of Internal Audit and/or 10 years of relevant business experience
- Proven experience and qualification in managing small and mid-size teams
- Certified Internal Auditor or similar
- Proficiency in English and at least in one other European language
- Experience with ERP, CRM and other relevant IT systems

- Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Senior and confident appearance in order to reach balanced and reasonable solutions
- Ability to manage highly sensitive information and situations in a professional manner
- High level of stress resilience and flexibility
- Willingness and experience to work on frequently changing topics and in versatile as well as innovative business environments
- Ability to work in changing, international teams with colleagues from different educational and cultural background and across and all hierarchy levels
- Act hands on, be a role model for the team and the organization at any time
- Advanced presentation and communication skills; excellent report writing competency
