Antech Diagnostics Italy offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, ensuring high-quality care for companion animals. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.
We are currently looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will carry out installations of equipment marketed by Antech, conduct regular field visits, identify technical problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will provide explanations to customers on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
Main responsibilities:

Manage all installation, repair, maintenance and testing activities on site and in the Workshop.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions

Follow all company procedures and protocols
-
Collaborate with the technical team and colleagues involved and share information within the organization
-
Provide assistance and support to customers during field visits, understand customer needs and make appropriate recommendations

Plan and conduct timely field visits
-
Keep track of the progress of work and produce timely and detailed service reports
-
Review technical operations procedures and with proposed improvement measures
-
Provide explanations on the use of equipment as and when required and respond to any questions from customers.
Your profile:

Technical qualification in IT, electronics or similar
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Very good communication skills and customer service mindset
-
High level of organization and reliability
-
Willingness to travel.
