What you will do:– Provide first-line support to employees, managers, and Super Users in accordance with client agreements (via email, phone, and ticketing systems).– Manage and distribute incoming requests in our case management system.– Resolve and escalate cases efficiently, ensuring prompt feedback to customers.– Administer user access permissions as per authorization matrices, both for clients and colleagues.– Manage SD Worx info email, handle internal communication emails, and assist payroll administrators with agreed tasks.– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer accounts and ensure accurate updates.– Contribute to efficiency and quality within the team on a daily basis.– Provide services with professionalism and quality every day.– Apply business acumen to daily activities and ensure support issues are billed where possible.– Actively participate in process and routine improvement initiatives within the team.Who you are:– You are a native Swedish speaker and speak English at at least B2 level.– You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with previous customer service experience involving sensitive information.– You excel in providing customer support through both phone and text, with strong communication skills in Swedish (fluent) and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.– You are committed to providing excellent service, take responsibility for your knowledge, and are highly detail-oriented.– You enjoy working with technology and have a good understanding of computer systems, including Microsoft Office (ServiceNow is nice to have).– You have a proactive approach, enjoy taking initiative, and are capable of completing tasks in a methodical manner.– You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.– You are adaptable, willing to embrace new software and process changes and thrive in a dynamic environment.– You bring a customer-focused mindset, are solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude and a growth mindset.– You’re excited by the prospect of building something new and contributing to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
