Client Service – Brand Senior Client Executive (12 months contract)
This role can be based anywhere in Europe working with the team in Italy.
Within this role you will be delivering strategic brand insights & analytics projects, which include brand performance measurement and other strategic projects such as market structures, foundational brand assessment, and brand positioning/refresh.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ownership of specific phases or discrete work processes on projects.
- Responsible for execution of work products including questionnaires, actively participating in client design and questionnaire discussions, and providing development and analytic plans.
- Responsible for execution of work including reporting and delivery to clients on medium-low complexity accounts, while supporting higher complexity projects.
- Serve as a go-to for new team members who have questions.
- Analyze data, generate insights, think critically, and build stories. Lead the team in initial reporting rounds and preliminary reports.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality work products by collaborating with internal teams and clients, following established solution and industry standard methodologies.
- Identify and solve project issues as they arise.
- Perform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy.
- Actively seek opportunities to support proposal development. Can customize proposals with mentorship from senior team members.
- Serve as a go-to for new team members who have questions and provide support to new members who need help on how to perform tasks.
- Optimize efficiency of delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Challenge the status quo, look for opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline processes.
- Build an understanding of our Brand capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods; work to build brand expertise.
- Join our culture by actively participating in additional activities or workstreams beyond project work, such as attending ERG/Social Community meetings or trainings.
- Exhibit good critical thinking skills, follow an analytic plan, and be comfortable sharing ideas.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity or MMR program graduate, with equivalent experience considered; market research experience preferred, with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
- Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management/cross tab tools, and other proprietary tools).
- Strong detail-orientation with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and among multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven, and the ability to take initiative.

Communication
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Confidently delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar values.
Technical/Analytical
- Working knowledge of marketing research methods, tools, and science.
- Demonstrates an understanding of various industry solutions.
- Demonstrates technical leadership for maximum client impact.
