Position descriptionJob titleTax administratorFunctionTax and Legal – AdministratorRoles & ResponsibilitiesKPMG’s Managed Services provides tailored services to multinational companies, active in a wide variety of sectors, to fulfill their accounting, finance and tax compliance obligations/needs.As an administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day assistance in the management of our Managed Services department. This includes the following tasks:

  • Follow-up of tax returns, checklists, control reports and other files through a.o. dashboards;
  • Electronic filing of VAT, Corporate Tax returns and other tax returns;
  • Understand and support the consistent application of internal procedures;
  • Various key administrative tasks such as invoicing, contracting support, updating the internal database and handling of correspondence.
  • You will have the opportunity to grow and increase your knowledge/responsibilities thanks to your regular interactions with different clients, coworkers and internal trainings.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You speak Dutch or French and are fluent in English.
  • You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet.
  • You are figure minded and are eager to explore the world of tax and accountancy.
  • You work precisely and meticulously.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic team where everybody supports each otherworks hand and in to serve our clients.
