This will involve providing insights and inputs about media, leading relationships with digital and creative agencies, proposing content in line with our global and local marketing strategy, supporting the management of regional initiatives, and engaging with media, global and local PR teams, and other partners.What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the development and execution of Communication and Digital Marketing plans in collaboration with local and global Category marketing and full integration with the Analytics & Insight team.
  • Manage a great team of 2 people.
  • Ensure the definition of Communication, Social Media and Digital Marketing strategies and plans for the assigned brands and geographies, in line with the objectives received by the Category teams, regarding the business priorities and the targeted consumers.
  • Create (or adapt) global content and digital ads, including support in brief definition, identifying digital agencies and media, proposing content for each brand and category, and making recommendations regarding budget allocations.
  • Lead external agencies to guarantee their end-to-end project management, including timing, quality, and assigned budget, to maximize productivity, projects, and initiatives developed with a set number of resources.
  • Manage our brand websites, working with the global Brand Equity and Category teams and digital agencies.
  • Work closely with the local and global Digital Commerce team to ensure our content and online propositions maximize awareness, influence, and conversion.
  • Work with our media agency to drive media campaigns that are aligned with our marketing strategies and objectives, using an innovative and digital-driven mindset.
  • Stay curious and scout for new communication and digital marketing trends.
  • Support the global Brand PR team in managing influencer campaigns.
  • Connect and align with GD&BT (IT team), Legal, Consumer Contact, and other functions to guarantee projects’ feasibility and maintenance.
  • Encourage the local adoption of analytics and measurement tools provided by the Analytics & Insight team in London, helping them deliver data and insights reports, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Nurture the communication and digital marketing culture within the regional organization, raising awareness about the power of digital and developing capabilities within the marketing teams.

Your recipe for success

  • Degree qualified with a solid communication and digital marketing background and a wide range of digital capabilities.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience, preferably within FMCG.
  • Project management: have a track record of designing and managing innovative projects in Digital Marketing.
  • Team player: comfortable working in a complex global, matrix environment and enjoying building new relationships and collaboration to make things happen.
  • Strong understanding of the Social Media landscape and its evolution.
  • Proven experience in budget management and investment in media and production.
  • Familiar with digital marketing measurement & performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, with a talent for proofreading and communicating complex messages through inspiring and accessible media tools.
  • Founders’ mentality with a passion for business and growth.
  • Excellent English & French mandatory

Additional Info

  • The position is located in Boulogne Billancourt (Paris, France) and reports to the Global Digital Experience Director in the Brand Equity, Digital & Design team (located in Amsterdam).
  • We offer hybrid working as a mix of remotely (up to 40% per month) and from the office.
  • The expected starting date is January 2025, with a full-time permanent contract.
