As the Head of P&O Capability and Culture Transformation in DD&IT P&O, you will lead the P&O Project managers responsible for strategic P&O initiatives within the DD&IT organization, including the Graduate Programmes, Onboarding, targeted cultural initiatives, and capability upskilling based on Strategic Workforce Planning. Your role will likewise support the organisation variously to drive innovation, change or oversee transformation across DD&IT and for specific Novo Nordisk related initiatives.You will be a member of the DD&IT P&O leadership team and will collectively with the team actively drive the P&O agenda and implement strategic initiatives aligned with DD&IT’s business challenges and visions. Monitoring key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements will also be part of your role.Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to the team on the concrete tasks and the overall DD&IT P&O agenda, by ensuring that all are aligned on the overall strategy and direction for Novo Nordisk, DD&IT and the Global P&O Strategy.
- Partnering with the Global P&O CoE’s to deliver seamless and integrated solutions that meet the needs of DD&IT.
- Have the overall people responsibility for the team including hiring, onboarding, and developing employees.
- Ensure close connection and collaboration with LoB, to ensure both team and products are directed towards providing maximum impact.
- Responsible for driving meetings and yearly task deliveries and align with the whole DD&IT P&O Business Partnering team.
Qualifications
- Academic background in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in a similar position (at least 5-8 years)
- Experience within Leadership, P&O and Project management.
- IT and Tech industry knowledge – Digital, Data and IT savvy.
- Business & Value Chain understanding, SAFe understanding and an end-user value-oriented approach. To have experience in a big global matrix organization will be a plus.
As a person, you hold excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You have a proven track record of business understanding, being able to navigate through complex and fast-changing environments.As well, you are fluent in both spoken and written English.About the Department
You will be reporting to the Head of DD&IT P&O Business Partnering and be part of a dedicated department supporting DD&IT to succeed with the vision of being a proactive, trusted Tech Leader providing business value through innovation and new digital solutions. You will support our modern way of working, as well as help drive a learning culture in the organisation through various cross-area initiatives. The job is located at our headquarter in Ballerup, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.The DD&IT P&O team consists of 20 passionate colleagues, across two teams – the HR Business Partnering team enabling the 12 different CVP areas, and the Capability & Culture Transformation team responsible for driving cross-organizational projects to enable and support LoB.
