Job description

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to join our Estates and Facilities team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance Services you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and best practice in contractor management and CDM15 compliance. You will manage and monitor existing safe systems of work such as permits. You will identify areas for development, supporting teams across Estates and promoting a positive safety culture for our staff and contractors.To be successful, you are professionally qualified e.g. HND or relevant degree, or equivalent level 6 H&S qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma, plus you can demonstrate experience in similar or related roles. It is also essential that you have knowledge and experience of CDM15 and its application in a large organisation.The Estates and Facilities Department provides strategic and operational services support to the University infrastructure, buildings, and landholdings.
