About the role:

  • Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post go-live hypercare)
  • Create ongoing and sustainable relationships with customers
  • Understand customer’s HR priorities and HR calendar and help define detailed implementation plan
  • Track timelines, budget and scope during the implementation
  • Team forecasting and resource allocation
  • Coordinate ongoing project review, reporting and governance activities
  • Ensure successful go live on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction (100% reference-ability)
  • Support and collaborate with all team members to ensure a strong SAP SuccessFactors PMO
  • Drive continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors and Cloud Delivery in collaboration with PMO
  • In partnership with sales identify SuccessFactors opportunities, scope customer needs and develop winning solutions
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary “face” to the customer throughout the implementation process
  • Support scoping workshops and emphasize customer side readiness activities
  • Validate effort estimates (in collaboration with the lead consultants) and high level implementation timelines
  • Provide support with scoping requirements
  • Create baseline Project Plan Work with Tribe Leads to assign the appropriate resources to projects
  • Create and update ressourceplanning
  • Follow SAP Activate Methodology and project streams to implement projects
  • Work closely with customer project manager and module leads to track and update Project Plan, complete weekly status report, budget/burn rates, issue tracker and risk register
  • Provide customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Training Strategy and Testing Strategy
  • Setup project governance framework with customer Project Manager
  • Join customer Steering Committee, review overall project health and provide direction Ensure issue resolution in timely manner.
  • Escalate on customer or SAP side as necessary In collaboration with the Solution Architect you create an instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy and post go live support strategy etc.
  • Facilitate Project Kick Off meetings Run and facilitate weekly project meetings with the customer Project Manager
  • Run weekly internal project team meetings and additional ad-hoc meetings as required
  • Participate in weekly project manager meetings (internal) and weekly consulting delivery meetings
  • Work collaboratively with consultants to manage project deliverables
  • Act as a shield for consultants and remove barriers for them, so they can achieve their deliverables
  • Address any concerns immediately, with transparency and understanding
  • Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross module process and data integration
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors product-suite, including reviewing the quarterly release updates
  • Ensure all project documents are owned by right team members and latest versions are available for future reference
  • Track revenue forecast and ensure billing milestones are achieved on-time
  • Review and approve invoicing After Go Live, complete Lessons Learnt session with customer and follow up with relevant teams on any outstanding issues
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the project to the support team.

What do you have to offer?

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or Project Management Certifications are an added value
  • Minimum five years consulting / project management experience
  • You speak English and Dutch or French
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders
  • Experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations as a project manager
  • Understanding of SAP Successfactors with additional on-prem SAP HCM is preferred
  • Understanding of SAP Activate methodology is preferred
  • Experience with project management tools for planning and follow-up
  • You have solid interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Ability to coach teammembers
  • Flexibility in terms of onsite work
