7+ NGB Qualifications + £160 Training Budget (Archery GB, British Fencing Core Coach, ERCA High Ropes Instructor and Generic Rescuer, Paddle Explore + PSRC, 16Hr Outdoor First Aid at Work, Level 1 Safeguardign Children, BMC Fundamentals 1 + 2)

£250 per month Subsistance Allowance 

Free Equipment – Helmet, Harness, Waterproof Coat, Waterproof Trousers – (Yours to Keep upon completetion of the 12 month Scheme)
