This is an exciting opportunity to manage a key vendor partnership that holds strategic importance across Danske Bank teams. Are you our new colleague?In this role, you will be working closely with 5 highly motivated peers in Denmark and Lithuania. The position is based in Copenhagen.Your responsibilitiesAs Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a People Service from a key vendor. You are responsible to a myriad of internal customers sitting across Danske Bank for the initiation, transition and ongoing support of the service. More specifically, you will be:Managing day-to-day service:
- Ensuring that the service delivery and support agreed customer requirements
- Working with the business to understand and translate customer requirements and issues into activities, measures or service components
- Soliciting data, statistics and reports for analysis and to facilitate effective service monitoring
Managing operational service-related governance:
- Serving as the point of escalation for issues/incidents relating to the service
- Representing the service in change advisory board (CAB) meetings
- Participating in negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) relating to the service
Managing improvement and change to service:
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements, discussing these with the customer and raising requests for change (RFCs) as appropriate
- Liaising with the appropriate process owners throughout the service lifecycle, for example: Service Continuity, Service Availability, Change Management etc.
Managing service continuity, security and compliance:
- Ensure the following are developed, maintained and accessible: Service Procedures Manual, Service Continuity Plans, and Secure Security compliance and regulatory requirements
A great match
- Experience with outsourced deliveries preferable offshore
- +10 years’ experience with Service Delivery Management, Project Management, or equivalent with focus on deliveries to multiple stakeholders
- Experience with agile delivery methodology, roles and competency mix
- Great communication skills, able to translate business requirements in problem statements and solutions
- Ability to build data, presentations etc. for senior audiences
- Ability to shape your focus around challenges of varying, potentially un-related topics
- Experience of similar roles within the banking industry is a helpful addition
