As a Senior Manager, you oversee four teams and report to the director, while also being part of the department management alongside other managers. Your team of operational leaders is responsible for the operational aspect and encompasses operators and skilled worker teams. Your duties include overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with aseptic standards, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will guide your leadership team and engage with frontline staff to address concerns, provide training, and meet production targets with precision and quality. You will be responsible for both delivering through your team and for individual contributions of significant strategic and tactical importance.The position is set in a complex business environment with many stakeholders. The department is currently in a ramp-up phase, and we are preparing to take over the isolator filling line from the project organization for commercial production.Key responsibilities will include:Ensure that the organisation and processes are ready for validation processes (e.g. APS and PVs) and for a fast and robust ramp-up.Manage the production of aseptic products when operations start.Engaging actively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and driving change management initiative.Driving efforts to optimise processes and reduce costs.Be responsible for filling syringes according to production agreements.Develop organisation, and processes to continuously improve performance and support department’s objectives.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:An academic degree combined with 5-10 years of experience within pharmaceutical production, including 24/7 operations and experience with isolator technology.A minimum of 5 years of experience within leadership role.Experience as a cLEAN leader is an advantage.Proven ability to set direction and drive performance within a department.Have a good understanding of processes along with expertise in change management.Professional proficiency in English, knowledge of Danish is an advantage.On a personal level, you are someone with strong cooperation and communication skills, capable of coaching, developing, and motivating leaders. You have the ability to thrive in an area of constant change and high complexity, ensuring that your team remains adaptable and focused on achieving operational excellence.About the department
You will join the Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) Gentofte HAC Aseptic Filling L6 department, a filling department currently in the project phase. We are an isolator filling line focusing on, and preparing for, handover to start production after the summer next year. As we ramp up, our focus will shift from a project perspective to a production driven department. This is a high-volume capacity 24/7 operation, supporting the launch of new product.
