As our new IT System Manager, we can offer you a challenging and innovative environment with great opportunities for a working day with diverse tasks and where two days are rarely the same. We focus on development of both your professional and personal competences.You will work closely with your three colleagues in our IT sub-team. Across your tasks and projects, you will also have a close collaboration with stakeholders such as End-users, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and Process Groups, but most of all, our team, ensuring that our project timelines and deliverables are met.Your key activities include:
- Driving the implementation of IT system upgrades and new process IT systems
- Optimizing IT operations and collaborating in digitalization projects
- Providing maintenance support to the process IT, including user administration
- Performing risk-based validation of GxP systems to ensure requirements coverage and develop validation documents in accordance with corporate processes
Our workday is dynamic, varying, and flexible as we work at the office, from home, and directly in the production.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:
- Ideally hold a relevant academic background, or you have a technical background/technical interest in working close with the production
- It is seen as an advantage that you have relevant experience within GMP and validation, but you can also be a newly graduate with a GMP certification/course
- Have experience or interest within pharmaceutical Quality Management, or have taken part of GxP system validation and wish to grow in your profession
- Possess knowledge of IT security, networks, and compliance within IT systems
- Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish
It would be considered as an advantage if you have project management skills and have been exposed to the pharmaceutical industry.On a personal level, you are highly collaborative and possess strong communication skills. While you thrive in a team environment, you also take pride in working independently, taking responsibility for your tasks. You are curious and can challenge existing ways of working, while proactively driving implementation of new solutions.About the department
Aseptic Pilot Plant is part of CMC and responsible for production of new aseptic medicinal products for clinical studies, primarily for phase 1 and 2. We are approx. 85 employees divided in 4 teams, who work together to maintain all functions in the aseptic facility. APP covers the responsibilities, wash and sterilisation, preparation, filling, inspection, utility, environmental monitoring, cleaning, maintenance, and validation.In your daily tasks you will collaborate with mechanics, operators, technicians, chemists, and engineers who work determined towards delivering products for our customers and for the development projects in the right quality at the right time.We work on day shift and our department is well-functioning and productive.
