Responsibilities:

– Manage recruitment processes for highly educated profiles in fields such as R&D, Data Science, Project Management and IT

– Source and attract top talent, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates

– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and contribute to the organization’s mission

Requirements:

– Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Law, or similar

– Several years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

– Fluent in Dutch and English, with prior experience in recruiting highly educated profiles
