Job DescriptionExecute the Instore Communication strategy for all our retail stores globallyA customer journey on the retail floor isn’t complete without amazing instore communication materials (promotions, projects, POS materials, including the digital screens). As a Traffic Coordinator at Rituals, you execute on the instore communication strategy and bring their strategy to life on the actual shop floor. Since we’re a global brand, this means you are responsible for all the instore communication materials globally!Our team is not only responsible for the instore POS materials, but also for the instore
communications for our wholesale partners (such as Sephora, Douglas and Boots) and all our travel locations which are mainly located at (international) airports.As a Traffic Coordinator, your love project coordination and work closely with many internal and external stakeholders. Since you are responsible for multiple projects, planning is the key to your success and ensures you’re ahead of the ball. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate projects from translation to HR files and brief printers.
  • Facilitate in the production of visual productions for instore printed related materials.
  • Liaise with an array of different internal and external stakeholders to ensure prices and translations are correct.
  • Actively engage with our external dtp studio, our translation agency and our vendors.
  • Create clear and concise brief for our printing partners.
  • Administrative tasks, such as checking files, supporting Specialists, arranging purchase order numbers for invoicing, answering questions/requests from local markets & stores, and more.

QualificationsAs a Traffic Coordinator, you love to play your part in the overall customer journey on the shop floor. You enjoy project coordination and have a clear idea on what being a Traffic Coordinator entails. Do you recognize yourself in the following bullet points?:

  • You have at least a few years of experience with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • You have experience in Communications / Marketing and have developed print materials.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
