On our day today, we consult with business leaders and HR team colleagues to implement the HR strategic agenda and build the right talent, culture and leadership.This is a great opportunity for you to develop your talent and to provide your impact on the HR agenda as we work together to change the world of payments.You will be a trusted and valued HR Business Partner supporting the culture and commercial transformation the organization and business are currently going through while delivering on our ambitious people agenda and the core HR activities.Some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Point of Contact and Trusted Advisor: Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for the management team in your business area.
  • Team Development and Managerial Support: Advise on and support team development and practical managerial tasks as handling of employee cases, long-term sickness, holiday planning, salary adjustments etc.
  • Change management: Drive change initiatives from planning to execution and follow-up.
  • HR-Country related tasks: Take ownership of diverse HR related tasks and utilize relevant data to conduct activities and initiatives in your business area. Optimize our HR administrative processes
  • Cross-functional support: Supporting Nordic cross-functional initiatives with a common goal to enhance people engagement
  • HR Processes: Facilitate and be a champion in driving HR processes of the annual wheel with the managers
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide and maintain reports and insights to management by analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
  • HR Legal Handling your own cases and supporting other BU’s employees’ challenges by ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies – supported by our HR legal advisor. Be part of implementing the HR strategy in the business
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by driving initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction

  • 3-5 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with an ind-depth understanding of HR
  • MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Relevant and solid experience in HR from an international organisation
  • Experience in HR tasks such as HR administration, TA, performance management, remuneration & compensation, succession planning, training and leader sparring, Danish payroll
  • Experience within change management, transformations and being a good team-player
  • Experience strategic and conceptional skills
  • Experience in deliver business solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders where it comes naturally to you to build relations on all levels in the organisation and by heart like working with and through people
  • Fluent in Danish and English
