In this landscape, the Area Loan Servicing within our Tribe is responsible for all activities carried out after-sales and related to providing services such as changing, managing, or terminating the agreement. You can help us provide the best services to our customers by joining one of our DevOps squads as a Scrum Master.Making a difference
As a Scrum Master, you will work with two squads and communicate in English and Dutch. We believe that Scrum Masters can coach in their squads and areas and, thus, impact the bigger organization. We think our group of Scrum Masters is best placed to work together to develop the area as a whole. This includes solving organizational impediments, challenging priorities and focus, and facilitating area strategy, goals, and KPI setting.With each otherOur squads are a mix of business and IT colleagues, and we create cool stuff together! This means you:Intrinsically motivate the squads to embrace the Agile way of working and help them take the following steps in their growthYou are experienced in coaching teams on process, product, people, and technologyWith your passion for Agile, knowledge of the Scrum framework, and people skills, you create a culture of continuous improvement.You can stand your ground regarding Agile working in various settings and know how to make Agile work for the teams.You will be a driving force in the teams regarding continuous improvement.Required knowledge and experience:bachelor or master levelAbility and will to show passion and dedicationContinuously learning attitudeCan-do mentality, see possibilities, not bearsGood communication skillsAt least 3 years of working experience as a Scrum Master of IT teamsMinimum of 3 years of experience with Agile Way of Working (Scrum / Kanban)PSM I certifiedFluent English is a must; fluency in Dutch is highly preferredNice to have:PSM II certifiedPSPO I certifiedPrevious experience in IT engineer roles, with a vision of software delivery (quality, speed, automation, security, continuity)Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, and process-based applications.Selection criteriaSkills can be learned and adapted quickly; behavior cannot be changed quickly.
