The Danone Academy global team is looking for an intern to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines, and processes all over the world.To thrive in your missions, our Global Learning managers, will help you cross the finish line:

• Participation in the design of learning solutions at Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
• Community management of Danone Academy colleagues and learners across the globe to boost Danone learning solutions
• Ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries
• Creation of communication approach for our learning programs to promote them within the Group
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management
• To lead LMS output processes: learning tracking, evaluation reporting – preparation of reports for decision making
• Support execution and coordination of learning programs
• Proactively looks for new ways of exploiting data in the system for better and more informed action plans

• You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year or Master 1) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2025 for a duration of 6 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
• You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
• You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development
• You are recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
• You are comfortable to communicate with people from diverse profiles
• You are comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel data management functions
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
