We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us?Responsibilities |As a Senior Legal Counsel at Ukio, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to various teams within the company. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, including lease agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to leasing operations, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Advising on legal and regulatory risks and implications of business decisions and initiatives.
• Managing legal disputes and liaising with external counsel when necessary.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive legal and compliance initiatives.

About you |We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company in the real estate and tech industry.

• Law degree from a reputable university and admission to the bar association.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with experience in real estate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Experience in advising on data protection and intellectual property matters is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or strong knowledge of corporate law are a plus.
